1 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Amuseworld.net is for personal, family, or school use only. (Intellectual Property Law)
Copying, printing or downloading any of the content from amuseworld.net is only allowed if it is intended for personal use.
Any content taken from the site must not be used for commercial gain or used in any way which does not conform to the law.
All photos, illustrations, graphics, branding, names of characters, text, logos, gif files, icons, multi-media files, various material, functionalities and applications which are used on this site are the exclusive property of Loftydreams SAS; with the exception of the logos, branding and content of our partner companies or authors, which are all protected by international copyright laws.
Any part of the contents of this website must not be taken and used anywhere outside this website. The content must not be reproduced, either wholly or in part, or transmitted, distributed or exploited in any manner without authorisation.
More precisely, it is forbidden to:
• Create new elements or products which have been created from anything seen on amuseworld.net or related to the Amuseworld brand and its products.
• Use our contents in a way which might suggest any association with Amuseworld, our products, our brand, our characters and our services.
Loftydreams SAS, editor of amuseworld.net is free to develop the contents of this website and can at any moment decide to withdraw any of the content.

2. CONTENT POSTED BY USERS OF THE SITE
By ‘content posted by users of the site’ we mean: ideas, texts, messages, concepts, stories, scenarios, photographs, drawings, videos, musical compositions or sound recordings, objects, and information concerning you or other people which have been submitted, posted, uploaded, or communicated by amuseworld.net
We ask that you do not post any unsolicited content on the website: ideas, concepts, suggestions, designs or objects. This will avoid any potential misunderstandings if we develop any projects which may resemble any of the ideas, concepts or designs which might have been suggested by users of the website.
If, despite our request, you send us, either intentionally or unintentionally, any ‘content’ (ideas, concepts, designs etc) that we haven’t asked for on the website, be aware that you will have no right to any payment or remuneration, neither will you have authors’ rights in whatever form.
We have the right to remove, wholly or partially, any content you have posted on the site without warning or explanation. It is forbidden to post anything on the site which is considered to be offensive.
You alone are responsible for the use that might be made of any content you have posted to amuseworld.net. Loftydreams cannot be held responsible for the legitimacy or the accuracy of the content posted on the site through its interactive services.
Loftydreams retains the right to prosecute anyone who is found to be misusing the site and to report the IP addresses of anyone so doing to the courts.

3. USER ACCOUNT
To participate in the activities on amuseworld.net you need to create an user account.
You agree to provide, maintain and keep up to date the personal details you use to register yourself on the site. You must not use a false identity or the identity of another person (including their name, their photograph…)
You agree to us carrying out a check to verify your identity and the details you have provided.
You are responsible for safeguarding your user name and password which you use to access amuseworld.net. You agree to keep these details secret and to take reasonable precautions to prevent them from being discovered.
You are requested to let us know in writing (contact member@amuseworld.net) if you think anyone else is using your account or compromising the security of the site.
You are advised that if you do not use amuseworld.net for a period of 12 months your user name may be withdrawn and your membership may lapse.
Loftydreams cannot be held accountable for the fraudulent use of your user name and password by a third party who has obtained your details from you using dishonest means.

4. CHAT
The purpose of a chat room is not to exchange personal details. Remember that information entered on a public website might be false, and may also be misused.
We cannot guarantee the reliability of the information entered on amuseworld.net using the interactive services. You are responsible for the information you enter on the public areas of amuseworld.net and the consequences that may result in so doing.
We are not responsible for the opinions or advice submitted by the users of amuseworld.net, neither do we support the opinions or recommendations posted by users onto our site.
When in the chat room, be aware that some people may introduce themselves using a false identity.
You must never give out personal information (telephone number, email, address) concerning yourself or another person on any of the interactive services provided by amuseworld.net.
You must NEVER agree to meet anyone you do not know with whom you have come into contact on an internet site without the presence of an adult.
Loftydreams cannot be held responsible if you make contact with someone you have met using the interactive services provided by amuseworld.net.

5. RULES OF BEHAVIOUR ON THE WEBSITE
It is forbidden to upload to the site any content which may:
• Be considered in any way threatening: insulting, degrading, defamatory, racist, hateful, homophobic, pornographic or of an explicit sexual nature, obscene, violent, vulgar, illegal or illicit or anything which might damage the integrity or offend the sensitivity of another web user, or tarnish the image or brand of Loftydreams, Amuseworld and amuseworld.net (Privacy laws)
• Incite or encourage illegal behaviour
• Be of an advertising, promotional or commercial content (you must not offer anything for sale)
• Reveal a person’s name or personal details
• Contain a virus and be harmful to the website

Loftydreams reserves the right to withhold, without any notice, all or part of any unauthorised content on its website or the interactive sites which form part of this website.

Amuseworld.net is linked to other sites. Loftydreams cannot guarantee the quality, reliability and suitability of the content of these sites (graphics, products, texts, photos etc) to the users of amuseworld.net
We cannot be held responsible for the content and services offered by these third-party sites or for the use which might be made of them.

7. INVOLUNTARY INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE
It is possible that amuseworld.net and its services may be interrupted involuntarily due to matters outside the control of Loftydreams.

Loftydreams reserves the right to change the existing terms and conditions. By continuing to use and allowing someone to use amuseworld.net, you indicate your acceptance of any change in these terms and conditions.
The present terms and conditions are governed by French law, in form and content.
If you disagree with the present terms and conditions, we ask you not to use this website, nor allow anyone else to use this website.
